Bolognese - 4 meals
1 clove garlic
1 red onion
1 beef stock cube
1 tbsp. Worcester sauce
1 400ml can chopped tomatoes
1 500g pack of mince beef
Salt & pepper to taste
Add mince into a deep pan and fry on a high heat for 5 minutes until the mince is grey. Slice the onion and chop the garlic, add into the mince with the stock cube and Worcester sauce.
Stir for 2 minutes then add the tomatoes and ½ can of water to rinse out the tomato juice.
Cover and lower heat to simmer – cook for 1 hour.
Serve with cauliflower rice, broccoli rice or pasta for a treat.
