Eat Less Often
Intuitively eating 3 square meals a day is the perfect formula in our opinion.
We talk a lot about insulin as it’s important for people to understand, in excess its role in their poor health and fat and weight gain. Insulin is the storage hormone which is most effected when we eat carbs, especially the sugary ones and this we believe, is one of the biggest contributing factors to obesity and dissatisfaction with the way we look and feel.
Protein, healthy fats and fibrous vegetables along with time restricted eating (fasting or skipping the occasional meal) will help combat this problem, helping you look and feel better.
We simply don’t move enough and our lifestyle is to blame. Exercising 3 times a week isn't enough when we’re sedentary and sitting more than we’re not.
Going to the gym is a great and we a programme for that but we also believe in an active lifestyle, and only when these are combined will you truly get the results you want.
